THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE NOT SO UGLY FACTS

aaTurbo Chargers. We still have 16,000 aaTurbo Chargers available. Some of these items may be defective; HOWEVER, Norman Docteroff from VOXRED told the New Jersey Court that he will make good on every warranty. After the 16,000 are gone, we will no longer handle cell phone chargers... mainly because NJ Courts say we can only sell Voxred Chargers and we can not honestly sell a product in which we no longer believe. We are still pursuing all legal remedies available to us. We believe aaTCM has suffered damages in excess of ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS. When we say "aaTCM has suffered", we mean YOU and the aaTCM Company itself.

D-1280X. We still have plenty of D-1280X. There is a tractor trailer of D-1280X on its way to our OHIO DISTRIBUTION CENTER and set for distribution the week of November 20th.

Magic Shower Heads. We are still waiting for our special Italian Shower Heads to be delivered. Please note that the Magic Shower will only work with a special Siroflex all plastic shower head. They have told us for 6 weeks that they were en-route on the water and would be here shortly. Last week we were told that the ship had not left the port in Italy yet. We are looking into the possibility of having some shipped in via air freight so that we can ship our Magic Shower orders. It's not funny how a $5 part can hold up a $300 sale. We will be certain not run out of them in the future.
